Customer Responsibility
To integrate Abosend with OptiKPI, customers must complete the initial setup in their own system and provide the necessary configuration credentials. OptiKPI only supports HTTP protocol for this provider (not SMPP).
1. Prepare Required Credentials
Collect the following credentials from your Abosend system:
- Organization Code
- MD5 Key
- Domain URL for message delivery
- SG-HTTP IP and port (provided by Abosend support)
2. Ensure HTTP Protocol is Used
Confirm with your technical team that HTTP is enabled and being used for messaging.
3. Establish Technical Support Access
Set up a dedicated communication channel with Abosend for ongoing support and escalation.
4. Provide Access to Console and Test Numbers
Share login credentials for the Abosend Console and a set of test mobile numbers specific to your target country.
Required Configuration Details
These are the fields the customer must provide to complete the configuration in OptiKPI:
Field | Description |
Organization Code | Unique code assigned by Abosend |
MD5 Key | Authentication key for secure API access |
Domain URL | Full API endpoint, e.g., http://domainName/v2/api/sendSMS |
SG HTTP | IP address and port for delivery (e.g., 9.218.124.194:8210) |
Name | Configuration name for internal reference in OptiKPI UI |
OptiKPI Responsibility
After the customer shares the required configuration details:
- OptiKPI will add Abosend to the SMS Configuration UI
- Fill all fields using the customer-supplied credentials
- Finalize the configuration, and make it available in the list view
- Ensure logs and delivery tracking are enabled via HTTP-based delivery callbacks.
