Customer Responsibility
To integrate Acumba SMS with OptiKPI, customers are responsible for completing the necessary configuration steps in their AcumbaMail account and providing the relevant credentials to OptiKPI.
1. Access the Acumba Console
Log in at https://acumbamail.com/ to manage your account and integrations.
2. Configure SMTP Settings
Within the AcumbaMail console, navigate to SMTP settings and configure:
- Username
- SMTP Server
- Password/Auth Token (Note: This is the same token used for both Acumba Email and SMS integrations.)
3. Enable Webhooks
Customers can either:
- Provide credentials and allow OptiKPI to configure the webhook for delivery reports.
- Or receive the webhook URL from OptiKPI and update it manually in the console.
Required Configuration Details
These are the fields the customer must provide to complete the configuration in OptiKPI:

Name | Internal name used in the OptiKPI SMS configuration UI |
OptiKPI Responsibility
After receiving the necessary details from the customer:
- Add Acumba SMS to the SMS Configuration UI
- Complete all required fields with the customer-provided values
- Finalize the configuration and ensure it appears in the integration list
- Confirm webhook setup to enable delivery tracking and reporting
