Customer Responsibility
To integrate FortyTwo with OptiKPI, the customer must complete the required setup in their own account and provide configuration credentials to OptiKPI.
1. Generate Authorization Token
- Log in to the Client Control Panel on FortyTwo.
- Navigate to the API section and create a new token.
- The token will be used in the HTTP Header for API requests.
2. Register Sender ID
Define the Sender ID to be shown on outbound SMS. This is typically a short name or number, configured within the FortyTwo portal.
3. Provide Console Login Credentials
Share admin credentials with OptiKPI to access the SMS console for validation and troubleshooting (if required).
4. Establish Support Access
Create a separate communication channel between the customer and FortyTwo support for handling delivery issues or other technical escalations.
Required Configuration Details
These are the fields the customer must provide to complete the configuration in OptiKPI:

OptiKPI Responsibility
Once customer credentials are received:
- Add FortyTwo to the SMS Configuration UI
- Populate all required fields using the provided information
- Save and activate the configuration
- Confirm that the configuration appears in the List View for integration management and reporting
