Campaign will be delivered to the target audience depending on the type of trigger you select. In OptiKPI we have two ways to set up the campaign send out:
Time-based trigger
Launch time-sensitive campaign to the defined audience from the previous section.
Event-based trigger
Send campaigns to the defined audience who also completed the trigger event in a specific time using Event Trigger, with optional re-enrollment.
