Customer Responsibility
To integrate Techto with OptiKPI, the customer must complete the configuration on their end and share the necessary information. OptiKPI does not require access to the customer’s Techto dashboard.
1. Prepare Login Credentials
Ensure you have the username and password for API access to your Techto account.
2. Specify the Country Type Label
Define the label or “Type” for identifying the country targeted by the SMS campaigns.
3. Determine Your Base URL
Provide the endpoint (base URL) that connects to the Techto messaging network for API calls.
4. Create a Separate Communication Channel
Customers are recommended to set up a dedicated channel with Techto for resolving technical issues and escalating support queries.
Required Configuration Details
These are the fields the customer must provide to complete the configuration in OptiKPI:

OptiKPI Responsibility
After receiving the required details, the OptiKPI team will:
- Add Techto as a provider in the SMS Configuration UI
- Populate all required fields with the credentials and values supplied by the customer
- Finalize and activate the configuration
- Once completed, the configuration will be available for use in campaigns and workflows and visible on the integration list view.
