Goal: This Journey aimed to reactivate players who have been inactive for more than 30 days.
Target group: Players who have deposited at least once in the past and have not played in the last month.
The first procedure is to filter players who have made at least one deposit.
Example: 100 players have completed at least one deposit.
Then, they are further processed— Players who have not played in the previous month are segmented.
Example: 10 players have not played in the last month.
These ten players are considered to be inactive players, and they are our target group.
